the office ladies make it to hard to book or keep appointments

my appointments keep changing date, time and location.They sign me off the books without telling me and then need another referral. I feel like I'm left for dead the to hard basket.I get so frustrated trying to get in, just to get the appointment times and location changed and I lose it and just want to kill myself, but they don't care. they just pass the buck or sign you off the books

This company is really good. They are caring and very approachable. They do not just give you five or ten minutes, they actually listen to your problems with compassion which is really nice.
