Our business purchased a product from this company after speaking with them and they assured us the product would be delivered the following day, which was a requirement fr us. The product did not turn up. We enquired, couldn't offer us any assistance (ie tracking no, courier details etc). After attempting to phone on other occasions and emailing re the whereabouts of our product, both the calls and emails were left unanswered. Common courtesy would have been to at least acknowledge our call or email. Product finally turned up 3 days later and was what we were expecting, so no problems there. I believe they may be a drop shipping business so the product was not in their establishment, therefore not sure how they could guarantee next day delivery.
