Was at the Stamford recently for a teenagers birthday party. Service was non existent, my seafood kiev was dry and overcooked (not the only one as the two others in the party had the same) and the dishes were left on the table for a long time after everyone had finished. I have been visiting this venue for years and suggest they do some fine tuning!

The food is exactly what you would expect from a pub and is on the pricey side considering its in the 'burbs. The bistro menu is fairly standard and has a kids play area. They also have kids/mums eat free nights. The gaming room is pretty standard as well and overall there is nothing exciting that stands out about this venue.

The family bistro was well set out but the food was average and not exactly worth the money paid for it.

The Manager of this venue is rude and does not care or listen to your needs. The gaming section is very bad, no snacks to eat, never anyone behind the bar to serve you and the prices of the drinks are a rip off compared to other venues in the area.

My family went here recently for a meal. It has a great kid's play area, although maybe not for my 2 yr old. It is aimed more at older kids. The meal was OK, not fantastic, but a standard pub type meal.

The meals were pretty good, with a large range to choose from. The wedges were awesome. There was a big playroom for the kids with a camera so we could watch them. Great place for families.

Food in the bistro was adequate but service was atrocious. Meals were the wrong things and overcooked when they finally arrived at the table over an hour after ordering our mains, even though the restaurant was only half full. We were treated rudely and dismissed by the so called manager when we complained, with virtually no effort to make amends.

With the prices they charge for an outer eastern “pub” meal, I felt totally ripped off and will not be returning to this venue. If you value your hard earned money and dining experience, you would be better served elsewhere.

Approximate cost: $35

Visited the Irish pub at the Stamford for a Sunday session. It was actually occupied by a battle of the bands competition, it was enjoyable to sit back and relax with a few drinks listening to future Australian talent. The drink prices are average, the bar staff were never flustered even when busy and were polite. Pretty much like any other Irish pub, dark and paraphanalia of Ireland.
