my steak was cooked to perfection! i asked for well done and that what i got! the service wasnt exactly great and we waited for a while for our meal. was a great atmosphere though and we did enjoy the actual meal
Great steaks cooked to perfection. The service was so-so but I think that was more down to inexperience than anything else. An extra $3.50 for sauce was a but expensive I though, but the steaks were served with delicious chips so I couldn't complain! Give this place a little while to find its feat and it'll be great.

Steak was cooked perfectly and you also get a side dish included. Most steak places make you pay extra for a side dish but this one had it included which was nice, just have to pay extra for sause. Also had garlic bread which was bad. 3 slices of bread all different thickness and hardly any garlic just butter and the bread was not the best. The customer service was pretty bad and looked like everyone in the resturant was over it. They took ages to bring a menu over, then ages to take the order. Steak are worth going for but they really need to improve service and food could be even better than it is for the prices.

We went there for my last birthday, and it was a complete disaster. Totally agree when you say the staff seem over it. Our orders were wrong when they came to the table. We actually sent them back twice, and they were still incorrect. I think it ended up being eight mistakes for a table of five. Wouldn't go back.
We had to pay for our sides- very expensive $12 for Vegetables and Garden Salad was $9.00
(cucumber, onion, tomato and greens with balsamic vinaigrette).That salad was worth $2 max.
