My favourite coffee place of all time! Great tasting coffees at the best prices ($4 for a large coffee!) and the staff are friendly and welcoming all the time. They also sell the most interesting things in their little store. You'll definitely be back for more!

The Tenth State is an amazing little store - it's a coffee joint within a funky concept store. The coffee is amazing and great value at $4 for a large cup. My favourite is the mocha which comes with marshmallows and a mini oreo. The pretty cakes on display are always difficult to resist! The staff are great and really friendly - they always have a smile on their face which always makes it a joy getting coffee from them. They can be busy at times (popular with UWA students and working people nearby) but waiting is never a chore when there's plenty of whimsical things to browse around in the shop! It's hard not to fall in love with this place :)
