We used termite king for a pre-purchase inspection. I would definitely recommend them.

In 2011 we had a pre-purchase inspection done by another company that showed up nothing in a house that turned out to have an active colony in the garden. This time around, we were a little dubious about the value of pre-purchase inspections. I did a lot of research and after much hesitation, eventually decided to use these guys, mostly based on the positive reviews here.

I found everything about the company and transaction to be very easy. The phone conversations prior to the inspection were clear and detailed, I knew what I was getting and how much it would cost. Their use of technology to find termite movements hidden in walls was reassuring to me.

The day of the inspection, Pete arrived on time and struck me as both knowledgable and personable. He communicates clearly and I felt that he was competant and honest.

Especially as I had a fresh comparison to another contractor who'd been to the house we are selling the day before. He (who shall not be named) had been hired by our buyer and barely looked at the house we are selling. I definitely know who I'd prefer to check my biggest investment!

Pete did find a colony in the garden of the house we are buying and treated it on the spot with no extra charge to either us or the sellers and discussed the implications of his find.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we need any further treatments or inspections.

Discovered termites in our outdoor shed and was not too concerned, but then noticed that there was a termite run going up a wooden support beam leading to the roof space! Contacted three larger companies with a request to get back for a quote, but not even receiving a response another Internet search came across the Termite King. Thinking that I would just get Peter to quote, after talking to him I realised that I was dealing with a professional, independent contractor who was offering good advice and a reasonable price. Decision made, we arranged for Peter to come around and do an inspection.

Peter did a thorough inspection of the property and roof space, identifying the primary source very quickly. Luckily the termites had not entered the actual roof timbers and Peter treated the main source area immediately. We arranged for Peter to return for a full treatment and could not be happier with the result. In fact, we requested Peter return to treat our property for rodents and one week later I am happy to say problem solved.

Recently I had a severe termite infestation at backyard shed so I called in for three pest control quotes from franchise companies.

During the quotation the three big franchise companies simply did not seem to know what they were doing. Firstly, they just took too long to just come and see the problem.

And when they finally were at the property they looked quite armature pretending to know what the problems were. All they did is walked around the property here and there looking and commenting at other unrelated items, and also I was getting some misinformation from them, the list was endless.

Termite King worked out to be much cheaper than the other three franchises, and I could rest assured that the problem was now in the right hands.

Termite King proved to me that they really cared about their customers, and they are not there to rip clients off.

Termite King know what they do, and know how to do it, and they work hard with honesty as if it is their own property they are taking care of.

Since the first visit by Termite King, I have also had Termite King recommended on other pest problems and they have delivered excellent job and at very affordable prices.

Its been several months now, and I can clearly see the pests treatments have worked.

We had severe issues with termites eating our floors, window frames, weather boards, veranda and fencing at our property. Peter provided us with an excellent service when we had been stung by another Termite Inspection company performing our pre-purchase inspection.

Peter came to our property the same day to perform a thorough inspection both manually and using an electronic device which can detect live termite activity and damage in walls and sub-floors. Not surprising, he found both live and old termite damage in our garden. Thankfully nothing inside our house.

His service is thorough and he is an honest, down to earth guy who believes that his reputation is of utmost importance.

He provided us with a full termite and pest control treatment and went above and beyond what would be considered normal service.
