I needed an area of approximate 40square meters tiled. It was outdoor but covered. We did not know anything about tiles.
Pat was so helpful, spent time with us, let us borrow samples to see it at home and gave us advice and recommended a decent tiler as well.
We visited several big tile stores in the area (moorabbin, springvale etc...) and there was no service whatsoever. Most sales people would mumble something but not even get out of their chair or computer screen.
We were so impressed with the help from The tile people we were decided to buy from there even if price was more expensive. And we found out it was actually cheaper or same price on most options.
We would recommend them to anyone. Our area looks amazing and we would not have known what our options were if it was not for them.
