This was the first time I had visited Toy Bug after my daughter suggested taking a look. I placed my order and it arrived packaged wonderfully. Everything was wrapped which I felt awful having to have a look at each item and before putting aside for our grandson. The items were of superb quality and the price of the items were exceptional. It was like Christmas already. I had so many packages and overall with postage was only just over $50. A truly great experience. Many thanks will be back again soon.

Jo was helpful and emailed my queries straight back even though I emailed her after 10 pm at night! We got some crazy bargains, free shipping and prompt delivery! You can't ask for more really! I bought an ex demo product, which i was a tad nervous about sight unseen, but you seriously couldn't tell, it was in pristine condition! Very pleased!

I was initially impressed with this website while I was purchasing the items - it is so easy to use. And I especially like the option to save a "shopping list" for future purchasing. However, I couldn't believe how efficient the postage was - Jo literally had our new toys out to us within a day! Fantastic service.....we will be back!

This is one of the best toy stores i have ever come across. My nephew also suffers from Autism Spectrum Disorder, like Jo's son, and it is very important for us to find things to keep him occupied, as he has a very short attention span. He benefits greatly from these products. The quality of these products is fantastic, the service is very professional, yet friendly and family orientated and the price and value of the products is phenomenal. Highly recommended!!

You wont meet a friendlier, nicer, more helpful person than Jo. Her toys are awesome and my kids love them! It's hard to get good quality wooden toys, yet The Toy Bug has a huge range. She has an easy to use checkout system, and SUPER FAST postage. I can't recommend her enough. :)

I loved the range of products on the website, and as they have been used and reccomended by a mum I felt very comfortable in my purchase. The owner was lovely to communicate with, wrapped my parcel so well and had the most beautiful giftwrapping! Great range with good prices, will definetly shop there again - had a lovely experience!

Fantastic toys at very reasonable prices. One of the only places I've been I've to find good old fashioned toys. Quality was better than expected and both my orders arrived the very next day. Excellent communication.
