They did a reasonable job cleaning the interior of our car but broke the key indicating a lack of care. Worse still they refused to take responsibility for that so we are out of pocket $350.00 for a replacement. Certainly wouldn't go near them again.

Took my recent model Corolla hatchback (in very dirty condition) and paid for the $100 interior and exterior clean. Came back with mud on the drivers floormat, mud/dirt on the windscreen wiper panel, they hadn't even opened the petrol cap door so it was filthy behind that. The leather cover of the manual gear stick had been dislodged from its frame and not repositioned. The receptionist was polite, but I was extremely disappointed with the clean. Perhaps they should just tell you that if your car is too dirty they will clean most of it but not all of it. I won't be going back and I recommend you don't either based on my experience. I finished the job myself.
