Don't go here for your uniforms. There are several of these websites getting around. One from Brisbane and the other in Western Australia. They are a scam, don't buy from them.

Have waited 6 weeks for delivery which was promised in 10 days. No contact from business with updates and now refusing to cancel order or refund money. Still don’t have our order.

We ordered a few styles of polos and all were a great quality and fit, we especially liked the bamboo styles and will order these again. Delivery was a week we didn't need any embroidered emblems but maybe will in future.

I saw the previous reviews after we ordered but we had a great experience, artwork was seamless and the print was excellent, we had 30 Polo Tees printed and ordered in 3 weeks. We would order again.

Scam website. Ordered $145 worth of uniforms in September, never received them. Called and emailed profusely and was lied to by the customer service representative. He literally pretended to be a different person on the phone, when he had the same voice, speech pattern, and he had told me in a previous call that he was the only person working at the time… apparently there’s no management or way to refund. Still waiting for the chargeback from my bank.

Do NOT buy from The Uniform Guys, I paid for two shirts and sent MULTIPLE emails over separate weeks asking for tracking numbers and updates, NOTHING. A hundred bucks down the drain to this company. Sketchy and a fraud!!!

I agree with the below review. We put through a very simple order of team singlets with numbers (no design). It is now 7 weeks with excuse after excuse. These poor kids have been without team singlets for weeks. We will be sharing our disappointment with our network also.

Ordered $1200 worth of uniforms 4 months ago .. week after week of excuses .. still no items. Will be referring to the Small Claims Tribunal. Stay away ... possible scam.

Placed a $600 order with them that never delivered and now cannot get in touch with them to confirm a refund or confirmation of delivery. Have tried calling mulitple times and only email response is "we have referred to upper management. Do not order from them.

We ordered a run of new shirts for our 2 businesses. Very pleased with the fabric and fit and the embroidery emblems look very professional. Easy to deal with placed the order and all done and delivered in a few weeks.

Emma and the Team were very helpful (and very patient) with the order as we had over 16 staff, 6 new staff to fit out with various sizes and needs so the patience in helping with sizes for everyone was appreciated and worked out well (and nothing was too much trouble even with all our emails and calls). Now we are set with the uniforms we will be ordering again and recommend The Uniform Guys to everyone as it is so easy and the clothing was all a well made quality and fit, every one was happy with their uniforms and all our staff now look very professional.

Got our Polo and Hoodie order today really impressed with the embroidery and the garments are a great quality we are all very pleased with them and we will be placing a new order again with you. Screen printing Tops with our logos came out fantastic really impressed with the finish. we would order again , delivery was in 2 weeks and pricing was good for the quality of work.

The polos and shirts are of great quality and nice colours, happy with the price and service and was easy to order online which saves us time, proof came within a few days and didnt have to chase a thing up. Will be placing more orders in the future thank you.

We received our uniforms after being assisted by Emma who was always helpful, to choose a nice style that works so well for our clinic staff we are all really happy and comfortable and the embroidery looks fantastic!!! Really impressed and happy!!! Thanks!!

We got our custom made run of Safety Vests for our team of rescue volunteers made for the second time and they are great, easy to order and got to us within 3 weeks with all our artwork added which is great. No set up fees to pay which saved us about $120 from our other supplier. Thanks we will definitely order again.

Fitted out our Warehouse guys with new Uniforms. Great Screen Printing, the Polos are a great fit and nice quality for the price - not cheaply made at all. Order took 2 and a half weeks which was great. Nice company to deal with and we didn't have to pay set up costs for our artwork which made our Uniforms a lot cheaper than our previous supplier. Will be back again when we need more. Recommended.

Thanks to the team for your help with our uniforms we got them today. The embroidery looks amazing, the quality of the business shirts from the biz collection brand are fantastic and much cheaper than the stencil brand we had previously from our other supplier so we are really impressed and will order more. Really nice company to deal with thank you.

Our team needed our uniforms made in a hurry and we were charged no rush job fee which 2 other places were going to charge and no set ups on our screen printing at all which was great. Tops and print work are awesome. Definitely reordering. Cheers, Matty.
