Very disappointing. The two hour treatment was an hour and a half and a lot of that time involved the beautician trying to sell me products. The products used were highly scented and made me itch! Was pleased to get out of there. Wouldn't go back for a free treatment!

Had a great couple of hours (spoiled myself on my birthday). But all I wanted was what I order (which I did get) but they keep trying to sell you stuff during the whole experience. Happy to listen to at the end but relaxation time not selling time during the facial.

I was given a 2 hour treatment by my daughter and was so disappointed .I usually like massages but the staff was so firm on my scalp and neck I left feeling all tingling and quite odd . This continued the next day and I contacted them and they were quite dismissive . Very poor response . The time of treatment was supposed to be 2 hours but was 15 minutes short which was probably a good thing ! Would not recommend on any level .

They were very nice, however I did not get everything promised in my package. This seems to be a similar theme with all Urban Spa franchises. A very poor pedicure, but nice facial. Had better, but by the same token had a lot worse.
