Roxy the dog, injured her knee, this required major surgery, after consulting and x-rays, it had to be done, after a short stay in Whittlesea (their Hospital), where she received the best care by very professional and capable staff, she came home, Dr Malcolm and team were wonderful, and continue with Rehab and therapy to ensure Rox recovers completely, the understanding and compassion shown has been outstanding, a pricey procedure done by experts with excellent follow up treatments, she WILL recover..Excellent practice and I thank them heaps..!!

Found a lump, rang the Vet, got appointment, EASY,Roxy the dog never impressed! Always found this practice to be patient, comforting,and very friendly, offering treats and reassurances to my dog which she always refuses, after lengthy consultation and disscussion about FATTY TISSUE, felt heaps better, ROX is fine! After long consult & annual Vacs was very happy with fee. Went home feeling very relieved, NOW she wants the treats! Thanks to all at the Vet practice!

Open 24 hours / 7 days a week so are always there to help. Have taken my dogs a few times & the staff have always been friendly. Once when my dog was bitten by another, and the girl at reception was giving me advice on making her feel better, not to baby my dogs sad/hurt behaviour so that she will stop it. Very professional & great vets
