Although our job was done quite few months ago, I still wanted to post some feedback because Paul did an outstanding job for us. Two things really impressed me. Firstly, the wallpapering job was fantastic. Professional, great attention to detail, careful not to make a mess and diligent with cleaning up afterwards. Secondly, he has great customer service skills. He always did what he said he would do: got back to me with information, called when he said he would, stuck by his quote, rocked up on the right day (don't laugh - I've had some bad experiences), and despite a significant delay in his start time due to his previous job getting complicated, he called me with regular ETA updates. When he arrived, tired and late, he maintained his energy levels and perfectionistic standards until our job was completed. He even tolerated a jam session going on right next to him without complaining! I'd also like to mention that his quote was the best out of the 3 I received. Would happily recommend.

Paul was just incredible. The overall finish was marvelous. The quotes were competitive and the job was very professional.
