Love the food here even though it is a little expensive in relation to neighbouring places.
The service is slow and we had to ask as part of our order was forgotten. The serving staff are quite abrupt and not at all welcoming leaving you with the feeling that you are a nuisance rather than a paying customer.

Had brunch here. Perhaps it was busy but I found that the service was average. Quite slow and seems not as friendly to us making me less inclined to go again. Price is on the expensive side but the dishes are quite big. Perhaps consider sharing if you are a small eater. Food was great.

Lovely joint. I like coming here for breakfast. Great spot, next to the station and close to Safeway. Friendly staff here who don't rush you to order and then get you to leave. All round lovely experience :-)

Genuine Family friendly café and restaurant with amazing service, great food menu and fantastic coffee. Its the best café in Brighton and a favourite of locals because its so consistent!

Menu has a wide variety of food to suit all tastes. Very interesting like the LFC chicken tacos with salad is great.
Meals can be a bit overpriced especially at breakfast but it's as expected for the area just on the small size.
Nice warm setting, staff are caring and genuine.

A few months ago, a group of 10 girls decided to get together for a work reunion & I chose this restaurant online. We were offered a lovely table with high back chairs right near the window. When entering the place you feel a sense of warmth & that old rustic charm.
The service was outstanding, even to offering a friend with her little boy a colouring book and pencils. We wiled away the hours chatting over good food, good wine, and lots of laughter. Exceptional service! It was so lovely not to feel rushed.

I love Brighton and I adore brunch! I always research where to go for breakfast and had read mixed reviews on urbanspoon for this place. Most people complain about the price but in Brighton all the prices are terribly high. I spent $45 on poached eggs for 2 and that was with 10 percent off as I checked in on facebook for breakfast. The presentation wasn't as fantastic as I had seen in their gallery but it was a pleasent breakfast that kept me full. The poached eggs were nicely done and the add ons (salmon.fetta) were delicious. There was nothing wrong with the meal my only gripe was the service from the waitress...I enjoy a smile or a 'did you enjoy your breakfast?' anything but this particular waitress didn't speak or smile...only spoke to ask what we wanted and I had to ask for water (to her defense I didnt see the self serve water)...it was very indifferent although the gentleman who we paid that was making coffee was very friendly and happy. Great location and good breakfasts just need to polish up on the service...

The food is amazing as well as the decor and experience. It is located very close to public transport and the vibe of Church Street is relaxing just what you need for a nice dinner and/or coffee.

Every time I have eaten at the White Rabbit I have left extremely satisfied with my entire experience. From the delectable and amazing food, to the friendly and very knowledgeable staff, I've left planning my next trip back. The only drawback is its next to the railway station and it can get a little noisy with the trains going by, but if that bothers you, there are plenty of comfortable seats inside. Try the green pea & haloumi fritters you will not be disappointed! In fact .. TRY EVERYTHING!
