An oldie but a goodie,the wool sheds been around for years,and the fact it's still open is due to its popularity with locals and especially backpackers.located right in cairns cbd,they have lots of specials,Hawaiian night,2 for 1 drinks etc,and the prices are good anyway.the bar staff are friendly,the place does get a bit grubby but its always packed so its to be expected.a must go to in cairns!

Had a great time here. Cheap drinks and food, meals were quite good considering how much they were although hard to find a place to eat. The food was surprisingly good for the cheap price we got them for so was very pleased. I ordered the basic fish and chips and was not disapointed, the fish was quite well cooked and served with a decent serving of chips. After dinner the place seems to turn into a crazy nightclub with people dancing on chairs and even organised games like trivia! So I would reccommend this place for a meal but also a great time afterwards!

PRETTY ORDINARY BUT GOOD VALUE IF YOU ARE AFTER A CHEAP NOT TOO FANCY MEAL, GOOD SPOT TO PARTY AND MEET PEOPLE, CHEAP DRINKS CROWDED SO GET THERE EARLY TO GET A SEAT

a big improvement on 2 yrs ago when i went there a lot less crowded still very stale smelling but a good easy going crowd good spot to party and meet heaps of people
