Sandy is an excellent instructor, I have learnt a lot in the year that i have been practicing. She takes personal interest in everyone's achievements and will adapt lessons to your specific needs.
I thoroughly enjoy all her classes and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I've got MS and since starting, Sandy's instruction has brought my 'dead' areas of my body back to life thru Yoga. She is an expert at adapting ways of getting the benefit of any pose no matter what the physical limitations are and NEVER makes you feel out of place and is genuinely excited about any achievement

my experience of iyengar yoga under the expert guidance of sandy and her fellows instructors at the yoga classroom has been one of discovery and great joy. the attention to each and every individuals needs combined with the patient and positive approach of sandy and her fellow instructors make the yoga classroom a place i would highly recommend to anyone. it has become the highlight of my week.

This at times means that Sandy has several things going on at once in the classroom, all of which she manages with ease. I thoroughly enjoy Sandy's classes and I have grown on many levels due to her teaching style.

Sandy's intimate Iyengar yoga classes are what I look forward to the most each week - Sandy gives you indepth understanding of each asana to take to your own home practice - and each week is progressive. I have been amazed at my own progress, doing asanas that I never thought possible - and enjoying it!
