I always feel looked after with Sean & Karen - I work hard and I am addicted!
My practice is improving and they are open early enough so I can drop in before work or even do a class and arrive home before anyone is even up!
On top of that it is a great network of local people that are just as addicted as me!

Have just started going here and all I can say is great great great. Hard to find a good studio with drop in classes on the Peninsula rather than having to sign up or join for a fee. Really enjoying
