Located on the best street in Penrith! You can have some breakt before going to the all the shops. Prices are average, and the food is good. Depends on what you get, my bacon was over cooked but I told the staff and they were happy to re cook me some at no extra cost.

I have tasted the cappucinos in every cafe in High Street. Theodore's definitely beats them all! the staff remember exactly what you have, they have a joke with you, and their eggs benedict are to die for.
