i have been here quite a bit with the kids..my daughter especially love the spring roll. its a cheap and very tasty lunch or dinner.definitely worth coming back

I have been dining at Thi Thi for many years now, as have my close friends and family. The owners are really lovely and as 'regulars' they often come over after our meal and say hello and make sure you were satisfied with the meals. I have a number of favourites, from the spicy chicken, combination hotpot to the Vietnamese 'in house' spring rolls which are delicious. All meals are very reasonably priced and we get a very decent meal with entres for around $35 (feeds 2-3 people). There is a heap of competition in Springvale but Thi Thi is by far the freshest I have experienced in the area which has always had me coming back again and again... Highly recommend trying them and seeing for yourself!
