As an investor I think you look for different things in a conveyancer. I need efficiency and organisation. I appreciated the fact that once I answered the initial questionnaire they didn't need to bother me except by email. Danielle was otherwise great to deal with by email.

My friend recommended Think Conveyancing to me as they had previously used them for their house sale in Ravenswood and were very pleased with the price and the service. Whislt not the cheapest, I found they managed to explain to me the difference in what they did as compared to the other conveyancers in Sydney. Whilst I wont actual know what the other guy would have cost me, I was overall happy with the experience with Rachel and think.

Conveyancers are a dime a dozen here in Renmark. So I went online and searched reviews for conveyancers in Adelaide and also here on womo as well. What was clear was that Think wanted to get noticed for the right reasons. So I am here to add my voice to the choir of positive reviews. These guys were excellent, from the initial inquiry, the prompt response, the detailed emails and the timely responses I was really impressed.

Chris was clear in his quoting and explanation of the process. He managed the process from the beginning and with good follow-up and detailed responses I took confidence that he knew what needed to be done. I was not disappointed and have since referred my brother.

Think Conveyancing really do their job properly. In my case as a buyer, they found that a seemingly normal contract was in fact quite unfair to potential buyers as it lacked an expiry by which the vendor had to meet their obligations or forefeit the buyers deposit and also contained a number of illegal clauses (which the agent and vendor were happy to remove in the interests of a fair Cost). Settlement went smoothly too. The thing I like most about them is their genuine desire to provide a top service for their customers and the fact you'll always be able to get an answer from them if you do have any questions. Other companies that I tried to initiate business with, were hopeless when compared to ThinkConveyancing."

I thought I had to use the settlement agent referred by my agent when I was selling until I spoke to Chris at Think Conveyancing. He was friendly and informative and beat the quote by $400.00 of the local settlement agent in Esperence. My prior experience with conveyancers has been not so good. I found Think through a referral and used them. I am happy with the services as it was consistently good.
