Thistle Hill

I have stayed at Thistle Hill twice and will continue to stay there whenever I visit the Hunter Valley region. The grounds of the hotel/guest house are beautiful, the rooms are furnished in a quality European country style. Carol's cooking is the main reason my husband keeps wanting to go back, her breakfasts are home made and are wonderful. The owners, Carol and Peter are two of the nicest people you will ever meet and have loads of tips on the places to visit and eat.
