They make great quality wine. I found this place to be a great place to visit. I also learnt a lot about the vineyards while I was there. It was quite interesting!

Thistle Hill makes an amazing organic wine, a must see if you are visiting Mudgee! We had a long chat to the Winemaker (Michael Slater) and were very impressed with his knowledge of the vineyards and his passionate for organic wine... his wine certainly reflects this.
