Once she had my money she wasnt interested in the fact that I accidentally bought the incorrect item, and needed to change it. She just said 'thats your problem', and no matter how hard I tried to make her understand, she was not prepared to listen, and I should have been advised about what to buy, as I thought they had knowledge or should have, about a great lot of items for sale in their shop. Certainly no compassion there.I dont deserve to be treated this way. I will never step foot in there again, I will take my business elsewhere, she has lost a good customer forever.
