I have a large abstract painting that sadly had several tears in it. For sentimental reasons, I wanted it fixed. So I took it into Fred and Dee. I loved their friendly old fashion service. After seeing the beautiful plaques my sister had made when she lost her two beloved pets a few years ago it was only natural that I follow her lead. Dee and Fred were able to offer advice and recommendations for framing the 8 paintings i took to them for my gallery. I wanted a professional and quality finish and they certainly achieved this for me. With an urgent task my priority (and it wasn't straight forward, there were CDs, plaques and photos to mount in the one frame) and I needed it in a few days...plus I had to get the pho signed by others which was to happen over the weekend thus creating further delays in starting, Dee was fantastic and gave me a price right away, some suggestions to assist me getting the right items to her by the Monday.

With the quote I was provided a diagram of exactly how it would look which made it easier for me to visualise.

I managed to get what was needed on time and work commenced. I was also provided the opportunity to meet with Dee and look at all materials to be used and discuss measurements etc in case I needed to change or if I did not quite understand why things were done to improve the visual balance of the layout. Not only was the job completed by the promised time, but 2 days earlier!

The final product looks absolutely amazing.. plus it is the little things I have never seen on frames I have done elsewhere...felt protectors on the frame to avoid damage to walls and ensure the frame sits evenly on the wall.

The quality and the service and the price were all five star and I will continue to use this service for my future requirements. Well done and thank you!
