Staff always helpful and friendly. Our cat is well cared for in the kennels and does not seem to be stressed when we pick him up after a 9-14 night stay. Price per night has gone up, but still good value.

The staff are always very friendly. They have always looked after our various cats over the years very well. They offer suggestions as to treatment. When our cat had an horrific injury to his eye, they said they could try to save it or remove it. We chose to remove it & they didn't treat us any differently to if we'd gone ahead with expensive & not guaranteed to work surgery.

The vet on duty is always really helpful and always answers any queries when we take our dog for a checkup

The staff are always friendly here and all the vets very thorough with checking your animal over top to tail and don't mind answering any questions you have in regards to the health of your pet. Sometimes they recommend certain products ect that will benefit your pet. Products are a bit pricey.
