Ok. The place is dirty and filthy!! GO SEE YOURSELVES!!

1) They put specials on their cards, make sure you check at the counter as they have stuff me up alone 7 times in overcharging!. Once I go back and complain, they don't give stuff, they wont refund when you come back. They say...oooo you speak iga office, we not fix we not fix.

2) CHECK YOUR OUT OF DATE PRODUCTS!!! We have bought MILK and choc milk from here (on filthy smelly off milk racks) that has been over 2 weeks out of date!! Cheese that has been 4 months off, EGGS THAT ARE OVER A MONTH OVERDUE!!, MEAT, CHICKEN THAT IS ROTTING IN THE FRIDGE AND CHANGED COLOUR!!! Bottom of the freezes has gross off foods!!
3) CHECK YOU FOODS OK!! PLEASE!! THEY SELL OUT OF DATE AND DONT CARE!! Especially Dairy stuff!!

4) I make t a point now of counting dead cockroaches and other bugs and that, last Friday there was 7!! 7 cockroaches. Sat morning next day at 8.30am, I SAW A RAT in the bread section, YES A LIVE RUNNING RAT!!!

You think Im over exagerating - PLEASE ANYONE WHO don't believe me about this - go check yourselves!!! Its the filthy IGA I have EVER BEEN IN, bought food in.

The ONLY positive is that its open till 11pm - that is the ONLY thing great about the shop!

FYI - The food courts next door have been done 4 times in the last 2 years by the Health Department for rodents etc.. this shop is next door, you cant tell me they don't share the same vermin and shop antics?

I don't know where else to complain that's why Im here. Ive just been told by the Pizza shop boys at the end shop I need to go to health department and complain.

Being that they are one of my local shopping centres and they always remember me they chat to me and ask how my son is going. They are conveniently located close to home and compared to the other supermarkets around that area are fairly cheap. I have never been to a supermarket that remembers people so well.
