large cafe/bar.
It feels like a modern sports bar - has the bare spartan layout and hard surfaces.
It's good for large casual group gatherings, because of the layout of the place and casual vibe.
The staff are friendly but not too attentive (as you would expect at a large sports bar like venue)
They serve a good range of pub/bar drinks & meals at pub prices. Not great but it is passable in size, quality and price.

Approximate cost: $15

I'm in two minds on how to rate this - for cider, they're not bad. They have quite a selection. And the seating inside is nice (they have some tables outside too, just less comfortable).

However, the food.. avoid! I made the mistake of ordering a chicken parma once. I feel like they bought some oven bake chicken and slapped store bought sauce and ham onto it. It was really really bad.

Great location in central Melbourne for drinks after work. Outdoor area is especially good in summer. Mid week is the best time to try though as Friday night's are packed and it's hard to move, let alone get served at the bar.

Three Degrees appears to be the perfect venue for after work Friday drinks because of its great location in the middle of QV Square. On a warm evening it's great to sit outside and wind down from work. Trouble is it's very crowded, takes forever to get a drink, and if you hate hanging out with too many 'suits' then this place isn't necessarily for you.
