Thrifty car rental were great people to deal with especially as they upgraded our hire car at no extra charge

The staff were rude to say the least, the car was clean, but not as I would have expected for a reasonably new car. I would not ever recommend anyone use this service, there are better out there.

I recently had to hire a car for a day while up in Queensland. The guys from Thrifty were great and went that little bit extra to arrange a small car for my son and I. We even got some freebie tickets to Sea world that we used while on our trip

I've been a customer of Thrifty in Ipswich for several years. While the quality of the vehicles is fairly standard for this type of business, I return for the excellent service I receive. I'll definitely keep renting through Thrifty.
