Whilst the car was fantastic and also the value for money, it was the service I had a problem with. The lady that served us at the airport was lovely, but kept us waiting for so long, basically due to lack of training. She had to ring the other desk in domestic for help after every question and there was noone there to help her for support. It was very frustrating especially after flying from south africa on a long journey
