As a person with autism and processing difficulties, I absolutely would avoid this. Instructions were both written and verbal, unclear, contradictory, and changed without warning. In a busy environment, a series of arbitrary activities with no time to process or prepare is hard work and totally unrewarding.

Even if you're not autistic: I love written communication but the written instructions were unclear and contradictory.

Attention to detail. High energy. Motivational. Interesting facilitators. Engage staff. Intelligent activities.
