My son has been a thumb sucker for as long as I can remember and I needed something to help him stop. I found Thumbs Out online and ordered the product. It came pretty quickly which was good as I just wanted to get him started.
We had some trouble at the start so I emailed them and spoke to a lady named Ana. She was great. She helped me through the issues and kept in contact with me throughout. It was nice to get this type of customer service from an online store. I don't think a normal shop has ever gone to the trouble of following up. I would definitely recommend the product and the business to anyone else who has kids who suck their thumbs.
