They want to make money from parents and have no concern about the quality of their photos or their service. I missed my pick up from the shopping centre and i paid $8.50 for a free photo and now to post the photo they want to charge $7.50 for the postage. I asked for digital version via email and they said no. During my booking they said i get one free printed photo plus digital photo. They are just a bag of lies.

I would never use this company for photos of my children. They are very deceptive with their pricing and the photos are terrible. We were very put off with the whole experience.

I would not recommend to any mothers. I paid 220 for photos. Plus I paid for magnets. When I brang my photos home and took them out of the bag. They had black marks all over them due to the magnets. The company would not take the blame. They were also very rude when I spoke to them through email and phone. It’s very upsetting as a mother after all we just want nice photos of our children. I won’t be using this company again

Horrible service. Won't go with them never again. They even deleted my Facebook review. The photographers were ok but on the collection day one of the staff insulted me for not buying full set pictures at a reduced rate. Am not at all impressed with the pictures and don't think it's even worth for what I spend. She even told me that they don't want a customer like me who is not willing to spend $200 or $500.

I thought these guys did a great job photographing my kids. We got approached at Fountain Gate shopping centre while I was out with the kids and we did our sitting. The photographer we had was great! Probably one of the best who have dealt with my kids, and I've had my kids in plenty of photo sittings. They are quite dear though. But other than that, I thought the photos were nice. I've been to them twice and been happy with both. I've also had friends deal with them and had no problems.

Terrible experience, voiced my concerns to management and they laughed at me. Paid over $300 for these photos and I am very disappointed at the quality, and the service. I asked management to give me what they paid for and they banned me from their Facebook page and banned my mobile number from the phones. Now I have to take them to court. Be warned people, this company is not worth the hassle just stay away from it and go with a reputable company.

i got my daughters photos done at Epping Plaza, on the day my daughter was smiling, and seemed to stay in the poses she was put in. WHen i went to iew and collect the photso, the quality of the photos taken weren't very good, had shadows and the colour wasnt right. would not go through this company considering i paid $300
