Really unhappy. Bought things during a Boxing Day sale. On the site I saw up the top ‘free returns during january’ and thought awesome if I need to exchange anything I can do it for free, wow. Not the case. It had to be on full priced items not sale or promotional ones. Even though the whole site had a sale on which meant even full priced items were 40% off. So a top and skirt I bough i’ve wasted my money on because I can not exchange for a different size, also I bought a set with a skirt and top to go together and now just have the top with nothing to wear to match/go with it. Will definitely read the fine print on clothing sights now. Very misleading site.

Horrific customer service. Took 4 weeks to respond to me with multiple emails and instagram messages. In the end told me that the product they had sold me was actually not available. Severely disappointed. Will not shop here again

I absolutely love Tigermist! I have bought a couple of items here and the quality of the clothes never disappoint me! The staff working in stores are also super friendly and helpful.

Worst experience of my life... The clothes look so cheap in real life and the prices are way too high. The customer service is totally absent and take a week to answer........

Horrible in all aspects, besides delivery. I can't argue the fact that the item got here quick. The item was a bodysuit which had a neck piece. The bodysuit was so disproportioned. It fit the torso fine but the neck part was soo loose. I am not in any way disproportioned, I never have a problem with bodysuits. After informing them they wouldn't believe I have a normal proportioned torso and neck and they wouldn't take that into account at all. They said the item is not faulty so therefore I can only be offered store credit. I was not happy with this as I don't want to buy anything from here again and I have already paid for shipping to my address and would have to pay to ship the item back for store credit. They then reassured all delivery costs will be added to the store credit. So I sent the item back with the receipt attached as they mentioned. I would not sell this item to anyone, nor would I give it to someone for free. Finally, I received an invoice which included the amount of the bodysuit with no delivery charges reimbursed into this store credit. The invoice doesn't state how this store credit is accessed neither. I contacted them again, they still haven't told me what to do with this invoice and still haven't helped me with these shipping charges. They keep avoiding the subject of this store credit and are trying to accuse me of not attaching the receipt for delivery with the parcel when returning it. If this goes on any longer I will be taking it further, but in the meantime, I want to help out others by letting yous know my experience in advance of you considering to buy here. There are so much better online stores I have never had a problem with.

A complete waste of money! No refunds awarded so I just have to keep the dress. Extremely disappointed! Bad quality, ridiculous fees, I'm never shopping here again!

I ordered a bathing suit and a dress the other week and got an email a few days later saying that I needed to send them a picture of the back of my credit card and the last four digits of my number if I wanted to receive my items because they were fighting a large amount of international fraud (I live in the US). I understand they want to protect their customers and company, but I have never been asked to send the back of my card to a random shop across the world when shopping from international companies online and I frankly found it extremely sketchy and odd that they would presume to think that anyone would trust that request! I tried to cancel my order after saying I couldn't work with their stipulations, but they told me that after I ordered they had been processed and that there was no room for cancellations and after I asked them again how to go about cancelling, they finally acquiesced and told me that I would have to lodge a dispute with my bank. Absolutely no help from them unless I badgered them and no room to make their customers feel comfortable with odd procedures they foist on them after ordering clothing. Awful first experience with Tiger Mist and will not be trying it out again.

We buy a lot of clothes from this shop online and there is a huge variety and very often they have great sales. Whenever we order the clothes arrive within a few days and no dramas, will buy here again.
