After placing an order for a mobile phone in January after seeing advertising for what I wanted, I was told in late February this particular phone was unavailable and would I like to change the colour. After 6 emails in this time I decided to surf the net for the particular phone which I found with another company for approx $80 cheaper, I asked if they could better or match this and they said no I then asked for my money back and some compensation for the fees to my credit card as they drew the money on the 25/2/2013. That was another no. I am very disappointed with the service and would never even think of purchasing anything from this company again.
