We recently visited Tilesquare as we were looking for a suitable flooring for our living area extention. We were deciding on either floorboards or tiles and we really had no idea what we wanted but the friendly patient staff were very professional and helped us find exactly what suited our needs. My wife and I visited quite a few tile showrooms but returned to Tilesquare as we were very impressed with the range, services and prices. We would have no hesitation in recommending them on to anyone in the renovation market.

Very very disappointed, bought tiles that needed to be ordered in, when they arrived we borrowed a ute to collect when I first saw them I realized they were not the tiles I ordered, we then had to waste more time returning them, to be told it was our mistake, and we are to pay $70 delivery for the correct ones to be shipped in, took a while and a heated discussion but I got out of it as we don't place the orders we just point to what we wanted and they then ordered it in, whilst in there I overheard the lady in front of me, needing to by one more tile for her project she had short counted for, a staff was trying to tell her to pay for the tile plus $70 for shipping. Poor lady did it too, they could have offered for her to maybe wait a little longer and say they'll order it when they next do an order for delivery. Will not go back at all even though it's quite close.
