Tilestone by Vivid exceeded our expectatations for our bathroom renovation. John obviously cares about his workmanship and has a lot of experience. This was reflected in the end product.

He was able to source all the products we wanted in brushed nickel. Visiting his shop to see the products and select tiles made things hassle free and avoided us having to shop around suppliers and procure fittings and tiles ourselves.

John is a great communicator and he was always responsive throughout the job. He kept us updated and was always contactable when we had questions. The apartment was left spotless after the strip-out (we were warned there would be some dust).

We had to delay works after the strip-out due to a leaking bathroom next door but this was not a problem for John and his team - he liaised with the building manager and rescheduled works to meet everyone's requirements.

I'd highly recommend John and his team if you want a high-quality and hassle-free renovation for a competitive price.
