Picked and ordered some tiles from this company, dealt with Alex who was really patient and helpful throughout the design process. However when I went to order them and dealt with another employee, they tried to charge me more than agreed. When I politely tried to explain how they may have made a mistake they rudely told me that they didn't sell any tiles in the shop for the price I had been quoted. When later they realised their mistake they said it was confusing (no apology). The order went through and the next I heard was from their delivery guy stating that he was outside the delivery address and he was going to leave the tiles on the nature strip. When I explained that there was someone inside at the address and he should knock on the door, he said he doesn't do that and he would leave them on the nature strip! When I then called Tilesmart to advise them of the trouble I had with the delivery, they immediately jumped to their delivery guys defence, saying that they overheard our conversation (impossible as I was not at their shop), and then making various more excuses.
