These guys are the best we have been tenants and home owners for many years and from the outset were treated like humans. I did comment to the principal that some agents treated tenants like second class people and i just wanted people to know that if you have a rental let these guys manage it as they are fantastic If i had a property i would let them manage it

I have now been renting a property from Tim Altass Morningside for 3 years and I have rented approximately 15 properties in my life with over 10 real estate agencies all over Brisbane. Whilst in the first half of these last 3 years I did see a few property manager changes (which was a little frustrating - staff turnover is always frustrating for customers) but since then I have had a wonderful property manager Shadelle supporting me as a tenant. Unfortunately there have been a few maintenance issues with this apartment but Shadelle is always bright and bubbly and professional in her email and telephone correspondence and is prompt with both getting back to you and sending people out to help you. Having an equally good and responsive property owner is just as important but since Shadelle has worked with this company I have had nothing but excellent service from her and Tim Altass. Not all real estates make tenants who rent feel valued or heard but it is clear this real estate understands that people who rent are one day going to be property owners (when I win lotto) and I would not hesitate going to Tim Altass when that day to buy comes as a result of the importance customer service is now as a renter.
