High quality appointments throughout. This is a 5 star hotel. Delightful and serene. Snacking in the lobby cafe was nice. The High Tea was delicious. Our overall stay was extremely pleasurable and welcoming. Close to all the shops, transport with valet parking. Will go back!

We had a wonderful time at the Sheraton on the Park. The lobby level cafeteria offered a steeply priced high tea - considering the quality and variety offered at the lunch buffet mirrored what was presented on our tiered platter for 1/2 the cost.

The glass-ceiling indoor pool was a gorgeous highlight of our post-dinner swim and the gym and salon were a treat.

Looking over the viewing platform after the divine buffet breakfast (which also featured a live chef to make your eggs to your preferred perfection) was a beautiful experience. The city bustled below, but we were high up, with beautiful views of Center Point Tower, Hyde Park and misty streets below.

Rooms were neatly presented, clean and welcoming and well-equipped.
I felt comfortable in my home away from home and was greeted or acknowledged upon entering and leaving the hotel.

On a rainy day I was given an umbrella and on the day of my birthday (this was the reason we were staying there) a birthday card with warm wishes from the Sheraton was left in our room.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience in a very central hotel that made my birthday a spectacularly indulgent one.

Buffet was approximately $60/person.
High tea was approximately $70 for a three tiered plated

Great location dead smack in the city with great views of Hyde Park. A bit posh but that's why you'd go, to treat yourself. Everything was delicious and great service. Huge wine list too. Definitely for special occasions as its a bit expensive but that's what a 5 star est should be i guess.

Really really beautiful views over Hyde Park. The restaurant is located inside the hotel. Was there for a quiet dinner with some friends. They had a great variety of very good quality meats to choose from, and an equally impressive set of wines both local and foreign. A touch on the expensive side, but great if you want to spoil yourself!

Approximate cost: $30
