Tip Top blinds recently installed blinds in our motorhome. Not only was I impressed with their great service and communication skills but also with the quality and installation of the blinds. “Tip Top” job!!

Really poor service, sister still waiting for repairs to be done after blinds instead 5 months ago. Been waiting three months now. No calls, don't respond, and haven't even come out to see the damage.

Would not recommend. My agent got these guys to replace a blind for my large full wall window. Too heavy for the string it broke after 4 months max. Still under warranty, they sent someone out then said it was my fault & they would not repair/replace. Were pretty rude about it. Ive emailed so I'll wait & see but not expecting much. Which means I'll have to pay for something I did not break. Cool.

I wouldn't recommend this company, to slow to complete my order, even when I payed in full.
SO PEOPLE DONT PAY IN FULL, JUST PAY THE DEPOSIT [retracted generalistion]
It only takes an hour to assemble a blind.
Wouldn't use them again if they were the only blind company in the world.
Pissed off mega.
Mind you they complete Real estate agents orders no worries.
My blind was measured on the same day they measured the agents.
The agents blind came within 7 days and I am still waiting for mine.
Not good enough, all talk and no substance.
Reading your other reviews, pathetic.

Approximate cost: $200

Great service from Tiptop team (specially Jeff), very friendly and helpful.
Great product, the blinds looks beautiful and at a very reasonable price.
Speedy service and very efficient (56 custom blinds installed within 2 weeks).
Highly recommend to anyone including my friends and family.

"I love my Tip Top sheer roller blinds, they block out the sun and I can finally work on my computer during the afternoon! Great service at an excellent price. Highly recommended"

This company might have a few problems but they are the cheapest ive found. Got my apartments done by them and am impressed with every blinds ive got especially the service, if you ever want blinds installed by them i highly recommend JOHN to do your installation. Its not easy to get him as he is there best installer and always busy but he is thorough quick and such a easy going guy. I couldnt believe how quick he did all my blinds and yet all was done perfect! Price was right and installation was PERFECT! My advice if you ever decide to go through them ask to get John to do your blinds hes an pacific islannder with well spoken english well presented. Thanks john you make tip top look good!

Do not order shutters from this company otherwise you will be waiting for months of delays. On two separate occasions this has happened to me which is very poor.

My experience with Tip Top Blinds was very disappointing - I would not recommend using this company. Every element of their service was poor 1) arrived late to quote 2) I had to call and remind them to pick my blind for repair 3 weeks after l paid my deposit 3) they booked installation date & time & didn't turn up - no call. I contacted the office & sales rep mobile and nobody returned the call. My blind is finally installed but it is to early for me to comment on the quality of their repair work.

I have used this company in two houses now and have never had a problem. My brother has used them twice and a cousin has also use them with no problems. Their prices were good and the service was pretty good. I was told it would take about six weeks for my blinds to be ready and that was about right. I would use them again.

I have just had blinds installed in my entire house by Tip Top Blinds and all I have is praise for them. From the initial measure until the installation they where helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this company for anybody that wants a quick, no fuss job without any hassles!!

I have had nothing but trouble with my blinds. First of all the installation was delayed again and again. Then they were installed and seemed ok. The quality of the blinds themselves didn't seem great and the colour of the blinds darkened quickly with exposure to light. When the blinds started getting stuck, I called the office. It took 2 weeks to get someone to come and tell me that it was my fault! And I had to pay for this privilege! I since called another company and have been delighted. This does mean that I have replaced the faulty blinds Tip Top supplied.
