Disappointing experience brought coat in for dry cleaning three months ago and they did a good job brought it in a few weeks ago and the sleeves came back with what look like burn marks. I brought it back the next day the girl was helpful and wrote a note to describe marks, they said it would be two weeks for it to return. First sore point they never called me back I had to follow up my own coat, when I did make a phone call to see if it was ready they hung up on me. Third sore point they said it was due to wear and tear not sure how that would’ve happened within three months, never took responsibility or gave a refund back worst dry cleaner. Stay away

Absolutely ruined a $500 silk dress - came back with all the boning crushed & sticking out of the dress.... none of the marks were cleaned & the dress looked like someone had jumped up and down on it. It needed repairing after I got it back. I was absolutely devastated and Tip Top couldn't have cared less - not even a refund of the dry cleaning cost - never mind the $500 dress they completely ruined. After speaking to friends I found another 3 people with similar stories. worst dry cleaners in Adelaide - avoid at all costs!
