Its ok. I have had better (much better) for cheaper in the western suburbs. I go there because its close. It is three floors of equipment, so half the exercise is done finding the machine you want. the service is bland but except able. they would not get my business if i wasn't so close to them.

The training here is quite good. However, it's a really small place and there isn't a lot of equipment, and the deco isn't that good. Some equipments are a bit dodgy and old, or there are insufficient numbers. But it's a passable place.
