Took my car in for a road worthy. I was told no work would be done without my permission - but 2 weeks later and hearing nothing I find out they'd already begun work on my car without my permission. Don't trust them.

They did the job- but i was charged almost 5 times what I was quoted

Thought these guys were ok to start off with but seems they have developed major attitude problems, especially the management,along with totally unsatisfactory service on my car at least. Apart from the fact jobs I have paid for are NOT being done, there is the overcharge. There always seems to be something else wrong with my car every single time it comes back after being with them. Definitely won't be going back there again !

very impressed. very competitively price service & good service. used them for underbody work cv shafts, cv joints etc (was a major job) and alternator overhaul. found the quality of work done exceptional and timely. most highly recommended, will now use for all servicing in future. their recommended towing firm 'mota kar' was great too. thanks guys

Management seems to be good at one thing being rude & arrogant, We have used them a couple of times and each time our vehicles came back with another problem. Paid them for a part to fix a speedo cable, speedo only worked for a couple of days. Took car to someone else who then told me the part I paid for was not put in. Asked Titan for copy of part ordered,but there was no copy . My advice would be to go and use any other mechanic.

Don't like the attitude of management but service was ok. I don't feel I was given the opportunity to ask questions, just got me in and out as fast as possible. Going to go down the road from now on.

Management is very arrogant, the service was OK but I also required repair to an electric window. I was told that the problem was the electric motor and paid $180 for this, after collecting the vehicle and driving away I could hear a clicking noise, the window was working sporadically and I noticed that the tint on the window was now scratched. When I returned the car I was advised it wasn't the window motor it was the switch and the new motor I had just purchased was now burned out. Another part was ordered in front of me, my electric windows were locked and I was told the new part would be in the next day. Management also mentioned that windows always get scratched if removed from the door frame door and said that this should be in their terms and conditions. However they advised I could go down the road and have it re-tinted - which I did immediately. I have never heard from Titan again to repair the electric window.

Had a clutch put in a toyota prado. The first time the clutch vibrated real bad & the clutch was ridiculously soft.The then booked it in again and when i got it back the clutch was really light and it was leaking oil from the rear main seal.(that they had replaced) They then booked it in again.I was told they put a another clutch in? that was no different. I was told that it was the only one that they could get to put in and still leaking oil and now a squealing noise when you touch the clutch. So I'm told the clutch does feel better than the last ones they had used but the main seal still leaking oil and the bolts are threaded > Now they are saying it's out of warranty when it was never fixed! It cost me two starter motors from the oil leaking onto the starter motor brushes.I have 3 quotes to get it fixed by someone that knows what they are doing $850. to $1000 They had my car over 3 weeks in total and still cant get it right what a joke.

Eh... Service was fine but Management was very arrogant and nearly turned another guy away for being 30mins late. If you want service with a smile go somewhere else.
