Ken from Titan was really professional and very fast. He recut my front and balcony keys AND came back for free when I locked myself out 5 minutes after he left. I locked myself out again and they charged me $99 (usually $120).
There always seemed to be staff members on the road ready to come to help out. I was really impressed with the speedy service and how nice the guys were. They service all of Melbourne apparently 24/7.
