We required a bathroom renovation while went on holiday, Tony only spent 10 hours at our property in the 2 weeks we were away. I called him after 8 days to complain the progress he then waterproofed the floor, laid concrete and tiled in a few hours, the waterproofing needs to cure for around 12 hours. He didn't use tape between the joints and when he laid the tiles they were not straight, which I had to rip up and most of the tiles can't be used again. He also left a skip on our property and is sending me abusive texts.
