Their bangalow pork is the best. Every time I cook it when I have guests the consensus is always positive.
These guys were selling the full range of organic and free range meats and eggs long ago and are going from strength to strength. I return there for their Bangalow ham and bacon as I will not eat factory-farmed meat. It's always service with a smile at TJ's meats. When I was a local I was always given a free bone for the dog too.

Yet again you say the quality and service is worthy of 5 stars but you want it cheaper I don't think you have an understanding what it takes to bring excellent service and quality products to a business in Balmain TJ's employes at lest 6 butchers pays more in rent that you probably earn in a year, most of their suppliers are smaller independent farmers who make very little to bring these amazing foods to our plates. You clearly have no understanding of the food industry
