I went to TLC for a pregnancy massage. She has these wonderful cushion things that fit on the table so you can lay on your stomach without hurting your pregnant belly. My back was really sore and she was able to work out all the knots and realign my back/pelvis and make me feel so much more comfortable. She played lovely calming music, and the room smelled wonderful. I had a 1 hour massage and will be going back weekly as my due date approaches.
