The staff can be pushy but the top range products are all there. My experience was not a happy one they failed to correctly fill out paper work for my telstra plan they told me I had a 10 day cooling off period and when I returned because the plan did not suit they told me I'm sorry but your locked in for 24 months you only had 24 hours to decide. The handset died within a few weeks of ownership and because the box wasn't ticked apparently even though I was under the impression the extra fees I was paying were for insurance should anything happen it turns out I was wrong and the staff member I dealt with became belligerent and told me the only offer they could make was that I pay out my plan and get a new one or buy a new hand set to continue using the phone plan.
