Never got a chance to see if it was value

For the first time in 50 years we came across with complete lack of service.

We pulled into the park at 2.30pm

Sign on the door of the office said closed between 2pm-3pm fair enough

But after 3 pm the office was still shut
The phone numbers given did not work and no--one would answer the door

Never have we had a situation like this

Do not know how they are going to survive.

I lived in this park for almost a year. I walked in with only the shirt on my back and created a million dollar company while I was there. I left my car unlocked at night full of tools. I left large amounts of cash inside my cabin unattended and nothing was ever touched or went missing. The park residents are friendly but keep to them selves if you wish it. I never had any problems with any of them, ever. The park is exceptionally well kept and extremely clean as are their amenity blocks. The owners/operators are 'real' people who are extremely helpful, professional and know how a Park should be run. They also have a 'world class' fixed wireless broadband internet system with extremely competitive plans, much higher speeds and lower latency than ADSL2+. They will also sign for your packages. Highly recommend!!! A1+++

I entered a "WOW" for "overall" but things change and we have only been here for just over a week. Nevertheless, everything thus far has been good. Reasonable rate possibly due to it being the off-season). The cabin was pristine cleanliness-wise and wonderfully equipped. There seems to be a mix of short and long-termers here which makes it a pleasant place to be. Certainly well maintained and nicely quiet and orderly. A place I would bring my grandchildren to. The site shop is well-stocked and the prices are reasonable. The staff are helpful and friendly and there is a good atmosphere here.

Had a medical problem.Outstanding assistance to locate medical facilities and give directions to find them.Needed assistance and got it in the most helpful manner

Elveria on the front desk is delightful and courteous. Treats you as if she is your friend - remembered us and recognised our vehicle from over a year ago. Peter the owner and Chris are experienced and knowledgeable...charming gentlemen!

The shop is well stocked and the amenities, clean and comfortable.
The residents in the Park are 'tourist guides' - welcoming without resenting us as intruders.

We could live in this park!

This is what we need to attract our tourists to this wonderful country of ours.

I have stayed at Tomago Village Van Park in one of their park cabins each year for the past 4 years when I have been visiting family in the Newcastle area. The cabins are very convenient for those wanting to self cater and are centrally located for visiting Newcastle, Maitland and surrounding areas. The grounds are well kept and the cabins are clean and comfortable. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Approximate cost: $450 p.w.

I was at the above looking for alternative accomodation for a friend.Was amazed at how some people had made some beautiful homes.Went into several that were for sale,welcomed by the owners.Great community spirit, but the lifestyle is not for me.Those looking for a cheaper alternative
with the security of others close by,with an array of activities,check out Tomago Van Village! As I was looking to purchase the figure below is an approximate.
