I think this place is way too expensive for what you get -- inexperienced staff, messy coordination of service, unprofessional presence of staff.

I've been going to Shannon for years. She is really good at looking after your head. I get foils and I went to another cheaper salon for a while and I noticed my hair started breaking off, but Shannon doesn't over process my hair and she gets right to the roots. I've managed to go 4 months without having to get my hair done because she makes it so natural. It is very expensive though but I think if you weigh up the fact that you don't have to go as often as you would if you went to a cheaper salon then it works out to be the same.
